The FSC concept offers companies the type of personal service and local decision making which has become a rarity in the sector where many providers are centralising the approvals process and servicing client’s needs through call centres.
 
A unique approach to business banking the FSC network allows local personnel to make on the spot decisions regarding issues such as credit or finance without referring customers to other departments – an approach not taken by any of the other high street banks.
 
Our local centres in Plymouth and Exeter are part of a national network, wherein clients also have free access to meeting rooms throughout the country.
